Hot Sheets Portray an Active and Successful Spring Market

Today I was looking at the hot sheet representing homes that have sold in North Atlanta since April 1, 2012. When I found there are 117 homes on this list, I decided to look back at the hot sheet of sold homes in North Atlanta from April 1-12, 2011. Y’all – there were only 55 sold homes on the list one year ago!

The difference in activity from one year ago matches up with what I have personally experienced. This spring market is busy, busy, busy with well-priced homes selling quickly. Below are a few of the sold homes since April 1, 2012:
