Restaurant Review: Social Vinings in Vinings/Smynings

Social Vinings is located in the heart of Vinings, just inside the Perimeter on Paces Ferry Road…..a hop, skip and a jump away from Smynings.

Social Vinings is known for its happening bar scene, hip patio, friendly atmosphere, nightly live bands, and good food.

Fried Oreo Cookies at Social Vinings

All of those things are wonderful features and experiences when dining at Social Vinings, but I must confess, my very favorite item on their menu, that I cannot get out of my mind are the Fried Oreo Cookies with Vanilla Ice Cream.

I have never tasted anything so lovely and rich, unique and fulfilling. Yum.

Restaurants: Muss & Turners in Smyrna/Smynings, GA

An inviting patio leads to a mouth-watering delight at Muss & Turners in Smynings.

An inviting patio and entryway leads watering mouths into Muss & Turner’s, a unique gastro-pub in the heart of Smynings.  They have a delightful, creative and ever-changing menu featuring delectable sandwiches (my favorite is the Gobbler), soups and salads.  As often as they can, they use farm fresh and organic food items.

The deli bulges with upscale convenience foods at Muss & Turners.

What may be the main thing to partake in at Muss & Turner’s is the eclectic and vast wine and artisan beer selection, which is hand selected by owners. There’s also a deli ripe with upscale convenience foods.

Muss & Turner’s is a real gem tucked into the beautiful John Weiland mixed use shopping center and luxury mid rise development called One Ivy Walk at the corner of S. Atlanta Road and Cumberland Parkway in Smyrna/Smynings.

Bella’s Pizzeria in Smyrna – Smynings

One of the best pizzas in all of metro Atlanta is found in Smynings. Bella’s Pizzeria is located at the corner of Atlanta Road and Paces Ferry (west of I-285 about a 1/2 mile).

Bella’s Pizzeria is a neighborhood place that opened in 2000 and for the past seven years has been named Atlanta’s Best Pizza by Atlanta Cuisine.

Their authentic New York style pizza is served in a relaxed environment with big booths, tables for groups, and an extensive bar area.   Recently Bella’s has become known as the place for local bands to play live music.

The pizza is so good there….a foodies’ delight in the Smynings area!
