I recently helped a client sell their house and it went under contract in less than 7 days. It is a beautiful house inside and it actually backs up to miles and miles of protected green space with wonderful outdoor living spaces. In any event, we worked hard on staging the house to show perfectly. I brought several things to his house for staging and he was just wonderful about letting me change and adjust his decorations….and in the end it worked! We had multiple offers in just under 7 days and then he sent me the nicest comments about his experience in working with me.
