Average sales prices went up in third quarter 2011 over the stats from the first half of the year in:  Virginia Highland (30306), Dunwoody/Sandy Springs (30350), Alpharetta (30004), Alpharetta (30022), Briarcliff (30345), Roswell (30076), Marietta, 30062, and Smyrna (30080).

I researched the most expensive zip codes for Atlanta real estate home prices for sales for the first half of 2011. I looked at single family homes in all price ranges.
