If you haven’t made plans yet for July 4 and need ideas close to home, look no further!
Celebrate Independence Day with family and friends at Wills Park on Wednesday, July 4. The City of Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department will provide free entertainment such as: inflatables, face painting, and Games 2 U from 5 to 8 p.m. on the lawn behind the Alpharetta Community Center, 175 Roswell Street, Alpharetta.
Food vendors will be located throughout the park, including: Jim N Nick’s, The Pup Truck, Wally’s Kettle Treats, Parad-Ice Delights, S & J Woodfire Pizza, Seven Seas Mediterranean Café, Kona Ice, Menchie’s Windward, Repicci’s Italian Ice, Good Eats Concession, and Granny’s Old Fashioned Lemonade.
The Alpharetta City Band will perform on the lawn behind the Alpharetta Community Center beginning at 6 p.m., followed by Serious Business, a local band that plays country and classic rock. The fireworks display begins at dusk.
